The Innovation Effect (TIE) is a Norwegian innovation agency based at Fornebu near Oslo. Our core business is to deliver projects focused on insight, growth and innovation by connecting students in interdisciplinary teams with innovative companies. We also offer innovation courses for company employees and managers.
Since 2015, we have completed over 120 innovation projects in collaboration with more than 400 students and 60 companies, such as Equinor, Atea, Telenor, HP, Orkla and NHO. With the use of our tailor-made methodology for value-creating and rapid innovation processes, we ensure innovation for companies both in the private and public sector and international corporates.
In addition to TIE’s employees, we recruit between 50 and 100 student consultants for our innovation projects annually. Skilled interdisciplinary student teams are our most important resource. We have formal and informal collaborations with all universities and colleges in Norway, in addition to selected international schools.
TIE’s vision is to renew and improve existing products, services and processes for small and large companies across industries and sectors. Together, we create an innovation effect.
