The Innovation Effect (TIE) has since 2015 connected students, companies and universities in innovative projects, courses and practice programs. Our vision is to help close the gap between studies and work and to create an innovative societal impact. Now we are also in the process of developing a digital connection platform to scale our services; TIE Connect.

We collaborate with companies in a wide range of industries:

TIE also develops and facilitates credit-bearing practice programs in collaboration with the university sector. So far, we have carried out pilots with both UiO and Kristiania. Here, whole classes of students get to work on solving real business cases, with mentoring and guidance from TIE.
